Verify a MetaSyn Academy Credential

Confirm a course completion certificate or SynClarity Seal issued by MetaSyn Academy. Each valid credential carries a unique identifier connected to the learner and the completed learning pathway.

How verification works

During the Academy’s current launch cohort, credentials are verified directly by MetaSyn Academy staff. This provides an accountable check while the permanent self-service registry is being evaluated.

Locate the credential ID

Find the ID printed on the certificate or seal, normally near the lower edge of the document.

Send the ID for review

Include the complete ID and the credential holder’s name exactly as shown on the document.

Receive confirmation

MetaSyn Academy checks the issuance record and confirms whether the credential is valid.

Recognizes completion of the defined evidence-synthesis standard associated with the stated course.

Credential ID formatMSA-C01-[YEAR]-[LEARNER ID]

Course codes run from 01 to 13. The exact identifier printed on the issued credential is the authoritative reference.

Request verification

Email the complete credential ID and the name shown on the credential to MetaSyn Academy. Attach the certificate only when necessary for resolving an unclear or incomplete identifier.

Security: Never send a password, account login, payment information, or other unrelated personal data.

Verification is limited to confirming the credential record and necessary issuance details. Personal information is handled in accordance with the MetaSyn Academy Privacy Policy.
